This Littleton, Colorado project was designed as a fully realized, multi-level outdoor living environment that blends entertaining, relaxation, and architectural impact. The covered deck serves as the primary gathering space, while an elevated balcony above creates a private retreat. A spiral staircase connects the levels, leading to a secluded balcony that houses a hot tub, adding a unique vertical dimension to the overall design.

At the heart of the main deck is a true master chef outdoor kitchen, built for serious cooking and elevated entertaining. The kitchen features a built-in grill, expansive prep space, and bar seating that allows guests to gather without interrupting the cooking experience. An outdoor fireplace and television anchor the living area, while integrated speakers deliver seamless audio throughout the deck.

Lighted stairs, outdoor lighting, and a ceiling fan enhance comfort and usability, allowing the space to be enjoyed from day into night.
