Englewood – Basement – Exercise Room – Bar – Bathroom – Bedrooms – Remodel

This Englewood, Colorado project transformed an unfinished basement into a complete lower level built for fitness, entertaining, and guests. A dedicated exercise room gives the homeowners a place to work out without leaving home, while a custom bar creates a natural gathering spot for family and friends.

New bedrooms and a full bathroom add comfortable, private space for visitors or a growing household. Every area was planned to feel like a true extension of the main home, adding everyday livability and lasting value.
