 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Colorado Creations patio and patio cover project review: Our project began May 3, 2024 and was completed August 15, 2024. Being in Castle Rock, there was a lot of time spent waiting for city permits and inspections (I remember it being at least a month in total). The scope included demolition of a large redwood deck; a new stamped concrete patio; a new gabled roof patio cover; replacing a 32” exterior door with a 6’ slider; IR heaters, and electric runs; as well as all painting and staining. Scott, the project manager, was very responsive to all calls and emails. The staff he employed was outstanding. It was brutally hot and the project faced to the South. Kudos to all of them. Very skilled and professional. I would like to call them out here: Concrete: Brian, Darren, Dustin; Construction: Kent, Tyler, Tony; Electrician: Bill; Painters: Josh, Candice, David. I would highly recommend Colorado Creations if you were thinking about doing a project like this in the future. I have attached pictures of the finished project, the old redwood deck and puny back door, and a view of the patio before the patio cover was constructed.
